I am a Certified Professional Coach and a former Chief Talent Officer with over 25 years of experience working in professional service firms. Over the course of my career, I recognized the importance of executive coaching and the need for coaching as an important investment for High Potentials. This first hand experience, coupled with my passion for coaching, building high performing teams and developing innovative talent strategies inspired me to start InCite Coaching and Consulting. Nothing brings me greater satisfaction than working with individuals who can envision change and be able to help them achieve results.
